Benefits Plan

Due to the Rising Cost of healthcare and the erosion dental insurance benefits, Bizga Dental, Inc. is launching an alternative to dental insurance plans that includes coverages for those with insurance and those who currently have some form of coverage.

Plan A (those with NO dental coverage) • New Patients Pay $395 per 12 month period per person (Max $1200/family) • Existing Patients Pay $300 per 12 month period per person 
 (enroll at anytime). Included in this package are: ~ 2 cleanings in the 12 month enrollment period ~ 4 Bitewing x-rays and all necessary periapical x-rays OR a Panoramic x-ray ~ All check-up exam fees ~ Oral Cancer screening ~ 15% across the board discount on all dental procedures 
 (excluding BOTOX) with no limit on coverage discount 
 during that 12 month period.
Plan B (those WITH dental coverage) • Those who currently have dental insurance via their employer/
 business, for $225 per 12 month period per plan (enroll at 
 anytime) you may purchase a loyalty discount. Benefits include: ~ 15% across the board discount on all dental procedures 
 (excluding BOTOX), with no limit, for a 12 month period 
 of enrollment on all balance bills not covered under your 
 current insurance benefits package. Coverage may not 
 be retroactively applied.
